With 39 years of experience in Central Florida real estate, Tansey Soderstrom is the Broker/Owner of The Real Estate Firm of Orlando, specializing in the luxury home market. Known for her discretion, strategic negotiation, and calm authority, Tansey has built a career defined not by titles alone — but by consistent leadership and professional integrity.

Tansey began her career in 1989, founding Stirling International Realty. In 2004, she acquired the Sotheby’s International Realty franchise, serving as Broker until launching The Real Estate Firm of Orlando in 2013. Today, her boutique brokerage in the Dr. Phillips Marketplace represents clients with a concierge-level approach grounded in experience, advocacy, and results.

In 2022, Tansey served as President of the Orlando Regional REALTOR® Association (ORRA), one of the largest REALTOR® associations in Florida. Her election to the presidency followed decades of service, including leadership on Professional Standards, Budget & Finance, Strategic Planning, Communications, and the Executive Committee. Those who have worked alongside her know she leads thoughtfully, asks the hard questions, and protects the integrity of the profession.

A trained mediator for the National Association of REALTORS®, Tansey has long been trusted to navigate complex situations with fairness and clarity.
