Alan has been in the business of serving customers for more than 30 years, now committed to working full-time with buyers and sellers of real estate in the Orlando area, he is helping them to define and achieve their wants, needs and expectations. As a Broker Associate and Realtor® his ultimate objective is to have satisfied customers, based on his promise to provide prompt, skillful and professional service.Born and educated in England, he starting his career in finance, attaining the designation Fellow of the Association of Certified and Corporate Accountants, adding valuable business experience in market research, planning, sales and management before moving to North America in 1980; working initially in Canada, and then relocating to the U.S. in 1999. Over the years his business experience grew to include business management and development; developing a wide range of skills that he now focuses on the real estate industry for the benefit of his customers. Alan chooses to work with all serious buyers and sellers, whose real estate interests range from modestly-priced to luxury multi-million dollar homes. While real estate markets go through cycles, Alan believes that the Orlando area climate, its wide range of attractions: Disney and other parks, championship golf courses, proximity to beaches, Cape Canaveral cruise port, and Kennedy Space Center, all impact positively on the area™s future growth prospects and lifestyle opportunities.
